• RELEASE / DISCONNECT • 1) Safety pin must first be removed to open hitch coupler. This is accomplished by removing Safety pin (a). 2) After step (1) has been accomplished, the handle (b) must be rotated downward to release dolly eye from hitch/coupler. WARNING - Do not transport vehicle without Safety pin installed in hitch/Coupler
• RECONNECT / COUPLER • 1) With Pintle in down/open position Safety pin (c) must be removed to reconnect dolly eye to coupler. 2) Handle (d) must be tripped/rotated upward. 3) Hitch is now ready to reconnect. After dolly eye(s) has been reconnected, visually inspect that the Pintle (E) is in the fully locked position. 4) Install safety pin (C). WARNING - Do not transport vehicle with handle in down position
